- Voicemail recordings and their transcriptions, including any information you choose to share in your message (for example, your name, address, and the nature of your service request).

- Basic call and message metadata, such as the date and time of your call or message.
We do not knowingly collect information from children, and our service is not directed to children under 13.
We use the information solely to operate the service you initiated, specifically to:
- Respond to your phone inquiry by text message.
- Acknowledge your request, confirm a callback, and answer follow-up questions.
- Notify the specific business you called so they can return your call and provide the service you requested.
- Maintain records of the interaction and improve the reliability of the service.
We use your information only to respond to and fulfill the inquiry you initiated. We do not use your information for marketing or promotional purposes.
We share your information only as needed to provide the service:
- With the business you called. Because you contacted that business, we share your message, contact number, and the details you provided so they can return your call.
- With service providers that help us operate (for example, our telephony and messaging provider, Twilio, and transcription/AI processing providers), who may process the information only on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations.
- When required by law such as to comply with a valid legal request.
We do not sell your information. No mobile information or SMS opt-in/consent data is shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your consent to receive text messages is never shared with third parties for their own marketing.
If you call a business that uses Faraday, you may receive text messages from us in
